New work, new army

Its almost 2 months since my first post, I've been lazy.

But in that time I've finish some stuff which I can finally show, and of course start a new Warhammer 40,000 army: Orks.

Here is a prototype Grot Tank that I'm building, so that I'll not need to buy the super expensive Forge World ones. It may be time consuming, but the process is fun and I like the satisfaction after completion.

Of course this is not the only work I've done. Here is something that I built: Grot Fighta!

Here is another project that I'm going to embark on, for my Nurgle Daemon army.

First post to a new blog...

I've been in the miniature hobby since 2005. Recently I decided to have a blog to motivate myself to mod & paint my stuff (I get lazy you see, and there are lots of nice distractions...). It will also serve as a place for other miniature hobbyist to exchange thoughts & tips on the hobby.

Here goes nothing.

Finally got a mini drill yesterday, its from Tamiya. Do not expect it to come as a complete form, it is a drill kit. Yes, you have to fix it yourself. Kind of easy, took me about 1/2 an hour to get the thing done. Now I can drill metal pieces easily. whrilllllll...

Finished painting a M26 Pershing after I fixed the drill (just in time for use as the barrel dropped out from the turret. Got to test the new drill & pinned the stuff together).

The Pershing is Flames of War scale (15mm), model is from Skytrex. Just waiting for more late war books to come out so that I can field my Pershing.
